This course will examine a general overview of both systems, top parts, aftermarket exclusives and OE Fix / re-engineered parts recently released for this category. During this products awareness course we will go over fit, form, function and failure mode for all parts discussed.
Bill Donald is the NEW Idea and Innovation Manager for Dorman. His team actively works with ASPs and technicians collecting and vetting new product ideas that are organic to the aftermarket. Working closely with Sales, he is also keen in providing product awareness and education with customers.
